Together AI's $8.3B team runs on a shared markdown context repo — two rules worth stealing

Charles Zedlewski, CPO of Together AI (valued at $8.3B), quips that "the new party foul is flooding your coworker's context window." Instead of setups that make one person faster, his team built infrastructure to make the whole team faster: a shared context repo, mostly markdown plus some YAML.
Two rules worth stealing:
- Skills live next to what they act on: a deploy skill sits with the code; a PRD skill goes in the shared repo.
- Skills earn their way to main: every skill starts personal. If a PM uses it often, it graduates to the shared repo; niche ones stay on a branch forever. No committee involved.
