Personal agents need fixed chores, not more tokens: define boundaries before letting them run

The author notes many users have unused token allowances but no idea what to spend them on. The real gap for personal agents isn't quota but a fixed set of chores: weekly lists of payments and messages to reply, monthly subscription reconciliation, advance expiry reminders.
The most important part of the task spec is the 'not your job' lines: allowed to remind about renewals but not renew on your behalf; allowed to list messages but not reply. Clear boundaries are what make it safe to let an agent run autonomously every week.
