MIT Tech Review: in the age of "AI work slop", taste beats output

Kevin Delaney calls the result "AI work slop": more content and output, not necessarily more value. As AI removes production friction, expertise, judgment, and taste become the competitive edge — winners will be those who know what is worth creating, not those who create the most.
