efchat's live streaming support piggybacks on calls; standalone 'go live' mode is next

efchat is making progress on live streaming support. According to tawnniee, the current implementation rides on the existing calls feature — essentially a participant screen-sharing their system audio/video while others join a call. A standalone 'go live' streaming mode is planned next, and it will leverage much of what the team is learning from this interim approach.
