Open-source 'Blurt' turns rambling screen recordings into structured bug lists for AI coding

The author open-sourced Blurt, a VibeCoding review tool: instead of screenshotting and filling bug forms, you press a hotkey, select a screen region, and just rant while clicking around. AI turns the recording into structured items with screenshots, red boxes drawn from real mouse coordinates, repro steps, and likely code locations from your repo.

- Local review page lets you approve/discard items, then export to Feishu tables, GitHub Issues, or Markdown/CSV, or just tell the agent to fix them.
- Handles mixed bugs/ideas/notes/todos; non-technical teammates can record without repo access.
- Engineering notes: native ScreenCaptureKit with separately captured mic audio (sub-frame sync), 10Hz mouse sampling instead of letting the model guess coordinates (which was off by 12%), local SenseVoice ASR (240MB) with Whisper option.
