A first-hand observation from the Mid-Autumn holiday: people watching AI-generated short dramas are more common than expected, with some viewers consuming both real-actor and AI dramas. Distribution has also expanded beyond the Hongguo app — AI short dramas are now watchable on regular TVs, reaching a broader audience than assumed.
