Harvard Puts Full ML Systems Curriculum CS249r Online for Free

Harvard has released CS249r's full materials for free, going well beyond model architecture into the systems engineering that determines whether models can be trained and served efficiently: processors, memory hierarchy, data movement, accelerators, distributed computation, inference, quantization, serving, and reliability.
The package includes two open-access ML Systems volumes, TinyTorch (20 progressive modules for building an ML framework from scratch), interactive browser labs, MLSys·im for experimenting with hardware/infra bottlenecks, StaffML practice, and lecture slides. The labs let you tweak system parameters and watch the bottleneck shift instead of just reading about it.
