jev-trader: open-source AI bot makes one Monad block decision every ~300ms on Kuru MON-USDC

- GitHub project jarrodwatts/jev-trader (2.5k stars) posts a real post-only limit order on Kuru's MON-USDC book every Monad block (300ms), one tick inside the touch, replacing the last one — earning the spread from takers rather than paying it.
- Built on Bun + TypeScript with Docker support; without a PRIVATEKEY it dry-runs with a real order book, real decisions and simulated fills.
- Defaults to a momentum-heuristic mock model; setting MODEL=jev with TYPESAFEAIAPIKEY switches to the Jev model. Ships a dashboard server with /snapshot and /history (last 1000 block events) endpoints plus a live demo deployment.
