Follow-up in the thread between zeeg and @pilliin on agent chat interface design. zeeg clarifies that the timeline is fully chronological; the card says "merged" because it reflects the current state, not the state at the time of the event. He stresses this is the literal chat view — not a review page, just part of the conversation. When a Slack glyph appears, the message literally went to Slack; this is production, not a mock.
