Matt Pocock is experimenting with a new step in his course creation process: "animatics" — AI-generated stills paired with TTS speech — to preview what a video will look like before it's filmed.
He also has an agent walk through each exercise as he would on camera. The process is slow right now (sequential generation), but high-fidelity and great for surfacing issues that normally only appear during filming.
