Karpathy says AI interactive learning has cut his full-book reading

In a follow-up exchange, Andrej Karpathy elaborated on why he reads far fewer complete books than before: after being a heavy reader since childhood and through his 30s, he now finds actively working or engaging in interactive learning with AI more stimulating. Most of the books he does consume are audiobooks for when his eyes are too tired from 16-hour workdays. anomalee asked what kind of interactive learning he does and whether he's written about it.
