User reports three OpenAI site bugs, gets asked to do free advanced diagnostics

User taobanker emailed OpenAI about three website bugs causing timeouts and lost connections — only to have an engineer ask him to run advanced diagnostics to help out. He replied asking whether he'd be compensated for helping fix their product, quipping that "Opus 5.5 sounds pretty good anyway" if not, and called out the entitlement of companies expecting free user labor.
A small anecdote that captures broader frustration with how big labs treat unpaid user QA.
