ThePrimeagen joins DHH's Omarchy Core to lead agentic QA with Oligarchy harness

DHH announced that ThePrimeagen has joined Omarchy Core to lead 'Agentic QA' for the Omarchy Linux distribution. He brings Oligarchy, a custom agent harness he built over the past month: it boots Omarchy in QEMU VMs and lets agents drive them like humans — sending keystrokes, moving and clicking the mouse, taking screenshots, and verifying behavior. Each test ticket boots from a freshly minted disk, with a fleet of automation clients picking up and reporting work.
The motivation: Omarchy is shipping across x86, Apple hardware, Snapdragon, Nvidia, Pi and more, with thousands of plugins and themes — no human QA team can click through everything per release, but agent fleets on DigitalOcean Droplets can. DHH notes it's a full-circle moment: Prime got him onto Neovim after twenty years with TextMate, and his Linux setup inspired Omarchy itself.
