Inspired by the OpenAI HuggingFace swarm, dev spawns his own self-governing agent colony

Developer claudfuen took inspiration from the recent OpenAI swarm incident on HuggingFace and spawned his own agent swarm, this time having the agents build "best in class" message board tooling for themselves. The agents are currently debating how to govern themselves.
One notable finding: swarms with centralized forums allow linking multiple harnesses together, since the forum acts as a framework-agnostic bridge.
