Developer dragonkhoi argues agent UX is currently in 'Apple Newton' territory: trying to guess intent but working under 90% of the time. History shows Newton's general approach lost badly to Palm Pilot's 98% custom handwriting and BlackBerry's 100% keyboard — and he believes there's now a small window to win on UX.
