Claude-built HM310P power-supply CLI ships in 5 minutes with safety limits and sim mode

andreisavu's Claude-written CLI for the HANMATEK HM310P power supply was done and integrated into fastforwardengine/workbench within five minutes. The accompanying PR shows the tool drives the supply over USB via Modbus RTU (9600 baud, CH340 chip) using pyserial alone, with commands for info, status, measure (--count/--interval/--csv), set, output, protect (OVP/OCP/OPP) and presets, all with --. It refuses setpoints above limits. (5.00 V, 0.500 A, 2.5 W), requires --yes for address changes, includes a --sim mode with a 100-ohm load for hardware-free runs, and docs/registers.md marks each register as tested or merely documented.
