Only Then Labs Building Provenance-Bounded Context Layer for Agent Memory Sharing

Responding to Robert Scoble's question about trading context with a Home Depot store for better service, Only Then Labs' Tom argues memory is only half the problem — the harder one is letting intelligence move between people, agents and companies without giving away the person.
The proposed model: your agent negotiates with theirs and reveals the minimum useful context for the moment ("here are the measurements, I own these tools, use this for this visit only"). Context carries its provenance, permissions have boundaries, and authority ends when the interaction ends. That's the layer Only Then Labs says it's building.
