Tesla FSD approved in Belgium as 5th EU country; Tesla data claims ~9.6x lower non-highway crash risk

Tesla's FSD Supervised has been approved across Belgium since June 10, making it the 5th EU country after the Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia and Denmark, following 5,000 km of testing. A local organizer is running FSD Experience, free supervised Model Y rides to gather public feedback.
Safety figures come from Tesla data presented to the Flemish Parliament (not independent): 24.6M km driven with FSD in Belgium from June 11 to Aug 31; off-highway, 1 collision per 9.5M km with FSD vs 150 collisions per 146.9M km manual (9.6x lower risk); on highways, 4 incidents per 15.1M km vs 32 per 95.1M km (30% fewer). Supervised driving is not a robotaxi — the driver must stay ready to take over and remains responsible.
