Memory backups may resurrect revoked agent permissions across AIs

In a thread on portable AI memory, this user raises a security question worth testing: if you revoke an agent's permission, then load an older memory backup into a different AI, does the system check what you currently allow — or treat the old "yes" as valid consent again?
His principle: a backup should restore my history, not undo my decisions.
