GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.89 adds Auto routing suggestions, fixes Gemini MCP 400 errors

GitHub released Copilot CLI v1.0.89-4.
- Added: Auto mode now suggests a routing tier (switchable via shortcut or click), and shows a quick feedback prompt after you switch away from a manually selected model.
- Improved: Plugin installs can be enabled/disabled; disabled plugins stop loading and can be re-enabled with copilot plugin enable.
- Fixed:
- Auto tier cycling in /model; removed unsupported Fast profile (stored Fast preferences fall back to Balance)
- Wrapped gh/git commands like timeout 60 gh ... now run correctly in sandboxed sessions
- ACP sessions stay connected when clients pause reading large responses
- Gemini models no longer fail with 400 invalid request body when an MCP server's tool schema puts a type or properties beside anyOf (e.g. nullable discriminated unions)
- GitHub MCP tools connect correctly on first CLI startup after sign-in
