jasonkneen found that ColdteaAI's "open source" pr-lens repo ships the diagrams, CLI, and protocol but omits the interactive canvas (which lives only on prlens.dev). His fork, pr-lens-with-canvas, re-creates it as packages/canvas-local so you can run the full experience locally: open diagrams big, walk through them step by step, and have your coding agent answer questions on the diagram. pr-lens renders every PR as animated architecture and data-flow walkthroughs, usable as a GitHub App, GitHub Action, CLI, or agent skill.
