Allie Miller: proactive AI agents will break business models built on human error and slippage
alliekmiller · x · 2026-09-26
AI entrepreneur Allie Miller argues the world isn't ready for everyone having highly proactive AI agents — especially the business world. Corporate finance models don't account for zero slippage, a 100% refund-request rate, or zero inactive paying subscribers.
Existing models, she says, assume humans will miss discount codes, delay signups, or join meetings late. Proactive agents will end all of that, fundamentally disrupting marketing and subscription economics built on human procrastination.
