The hidden labor stack inside every price, and how AI compresses it

Every price embeds a stack of human labor between raw material and finished product: copper must be mined, steel made, electricity generated — physics doesn't move, but the labor in between does. As AI substitutes for the knowledge work in deposit-finding, mine planning, equipment operation and refining, the human component of prices gets systematically compressed.
