Allie Miller: business models aren't ready for proactive AI agents
alliekmiller · x · 2026-09-26
AI entrepreneur Allie Miller argues the world — and certainly the business world — isn't ready for everyone having highly proactive AI agents.
When agents act autonomously at scale, existing financial models break down: they don't account for zero slippage, a 100% refund-request rate, or zero inactive paying subscribers. Proactive agents can automatically trigger refunds, cancellations, and similar actions, undercutting business models that rely on user inertia.
