Developer Max Petrusenko showed off Jevmem, a tool that saves decisions, constraints, bugs and todos from Claude Code chats into a JEVMEM.md file (also works with Cursor and Codex). Changed decisions get marked superseded, and relevant lines are pulled back into context in the next session.
