The PokéAgent Challenge has been accepted to NeurIPS 2026, capping a multi-year effort to standardize Pokémon benchmarks for agents. The line of work began with PokéChamp (ICML 2025 Spotlight), continued with the NeurIPS 2025 competition, and has now grown into a much broader evaluation and dataset effort, with the team thanking community contributors in a retrospective.
