5 GPUs power a real-time AI panel where multiple avatars debate and take live questions

Following an earlier H3 + Intel demo, the author shows a real-time multi-avatar discussion system: 5 GPUs jointly handle live question intake, autonomous topic discovery, conversation generation, avatar rendering and streaming — multiple AI avatars participate in one continuously generated discussion instead of a single-avatar Q&A.
Planned next steps: personas with distinct roles (engineer, security, finance, skeptic, opportunity-spotter) that challenge assumptions and surface risks; on-demand expert personas (legal, architect, customer) to pressure-test ideas; and eventually fully autonomous discussions where agents discover topics, call tools, and viewers can interrupt or redirect at any time. The project is a work-in-progress with the author soliciting use cases.
