wc3env: Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne turned into an open-source RL environment

Two developers turned Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne into wc3env, an open-source, fast, concurrent, and deterministic RL environment for training and evaluating models and agents. Their testing found frontier agents perform OK in isolated battles but fall apart in full 1v1 games, limited by spatial reasoning, intelligence, and speed. Code and writeup are public.
