YouTube is rolling out AI features for creators: AI feedback on video drafts, thumbnail generation, and tests of different video edits.
The author welcomes the saved editing time but is wary of taking creative direction from the same company that decides whether anyone sees the work — expecting a wave of competent videos nobody remembers if everyone follows the platform's advice.
