New DSPy support for Jev: optimizer auto-calibrates output thresholds, one-line model switching

dbreunig shipped Jev support for DSPy with a new optimizer that calibrates Jev's output thresholds against your existing metrics. It works with current DSPy signatures/metrics and lets you swap between LMs and Jev with a single line.
To show how easy compound AI programs are to build, he released a "lazy dungeon master" gist: Jev handles confidence checks and delegates decisions to another model, Sol, when unsure or when the plot calls for a twist. The gist also surfaces new dspy.experimental components like Noul, Score, and TypeSafe.
