Healthcare AI company Knowtex has been named one of two prime awardees on the VA's Ambient Scribe Enterprise IDIQ contract — a five-year, multiple-award deal with a $775.72M shared ceiling, billed as the largest public enterprise commitment to ambient AI in American healthcare. Knowtex's cloud-based ambient scribe captures clinical encounters, drafts notes, and integrates coding, order entry, and clinical intelligence with VA's EHR. It's already live at 79 VA medical centers and 310+ facilities serving 7,000+ clinicians.
