100-agent doc review fan-out finishes in 10 minutes for $5.75, open-source harness holds

A team stress-tested its newly open-sourced coding agent harness with one prompt: update 24 doc pages using at least 100 agents. The orchestrator (GPT-6 Astra) spawned 100 read-only GPT-6 Luna reviewers (4 angles per page), 25 GPT-6 Sol editors (one file each), and verification agents. The fan-out took 4m55s, prompt-to-commit under 10 minutes (29 files, +276/-90), and cost $5.75 via OpenRouter. It caught real issues: a non-compiling SDK example, a fabricated subagent depth limit, missing providers, and contradictory MCP timeout docs. Cost control comes from single-page scoped reviewers, findings written to files, enforced model tiers, and default worker limits (24 steps / 5 minutes), all inside one 6.5MB Rust binary.
