After two great Tesla Robotaxi rides, a user reports the third was a dud: the car dropped them at the wrong destination, and calling support from the car was worse than no support—agents kept insisting they had arrived, at the very same address used for pickup twice before. A replier suggests CyberCab and regular FSD navigation need a "right-side-approach" option so passengers aren't dropped across the street.
