Claude Code cloud tasks can't reach online Windows PCs, breaking 12 scheduled tasks

A bug report on anthropics/claude-code (#96918): on Windows, Claude Desktop stays signed in and the PC is awake, yet cloud sessions and cloud scheduled tasks show the device as "Asleep or app closed", with getdeviceinfo and devicebash failing with "not connected to the bridge".
- Failures persisted from 00:35 to 00:56 UTC on 2026-09-25 and were still ongoing
- Reboot, re-login, device removal/re-linking, and app updates did not help
- Impact: 12 cloud scheduled tasks relying on local folders are all broken
The issue appeared after scheduled tasks were migrated to the cloud bridge.
