Per a report circulating via Polymarket: Anthropic plans to give CEO Dario Amodei and its six other co-founders a combined 50.1% voting control ahead of an IPO, giving the founding team majority control after listing. Critics quickly noted this is 'not the most democratic way to control superintelligence.'
