Agents need a global bus: streaming log could be the next agent infra primitive

Madhav Singhal predicts a new valuable agent infra primitive: a "global bus" / streaming log for agents to communicate with each other, as multi-agent collaboration opens a new axis of scaling test-time compute.
It would encapsulate scaling, partitioning, keying, indexing, persistence, and access control at a program-interface level — akin to what message queues did for microservices.
