anima-research open-sourced Connectome (connectome-host), a general-purpose agent host runtime focused on human-like memory organization for long-lived agents:
- Fold, don't delete: recent conversations keep near-verbatim detail; older ones fold into day/period/life-story memory layers, with originals still retrievable
- Recipe-based config: JSON files define system prompt, MCP servers, modules, and agent settings; runs via web UI, TUI, or headless under a fleet parent
