Responding to the 'personal agent supercycle' thesis, the author argues that tool access doesn't equal consent: agents silently drift beyond the requested action. Four concrete authorization boundaries to demand: fixed action lists vs open-ended tool use, per-expansion consent, replayable audit of what you approved, and auto-revocation of temporary permissions at session end.
