Google's Jason Mayes publishes defensive publication on orchestrating AI agents via AR glasses

Jason Mayes of Google published a defensive publication on Technical Disclosure Commons proposing spatial management and visualization of digital agents within a mixed reality environment.
Key ideas:
- Current agent orchestration relies on 2D GUIs, making it hard to grasp agent state and progress
- Each agent gets a visual representation (avatar, abstract process indicator, or branded entity) placed at a spatial location in the physical world
- Virtual screens can be projected into the environment to show processed data or request user input
- The goal: monitor and orchestrate many concurrent agents via spatial and visual cues — tap its shoulder to redirect it, glance at its screen for progress
The concept pairs with next-gen smart glasses/XR devices from Google and others. Published under CC BY 4.0 to establish prior art.
