Open-source Claude Code skills turn concept art into rigged, game-ready 3D assets in Blender
majidmanzarpour · x · 2026-09-25
Developer Majid Manzarpour open-sourced blender-game-skills, a set of Agent Skills for Claude Code that build game assets in Blender. The first skill, blender-image-to-3d, converts reference images (concept art, model sheets, photos, turnarounds, sketches) into game-ready 3D assets — characters, creatures, architecture, vehicles, props, weapons and environment pieces — exported as GLB or FBX.
The pipeline is split into gated phases, each validated against rendered and measured evidence, from modeling through rigging. Each skill is a self-contained folder of instructions, reference notes and scripts; the repo is designed to host more Blender skills over time. Install via Vercel Labs' npx skills CLI into Claude Code and other agents.
