Indie creator shares a storyboard workflow for AI-generated action sequences

The creator of AI adult animated pilot Trust Fund Time Machine shares the final part of his production series: how to use storyboards for complex action sequences. Working with an agent in fringe.film, his process: (1) describe the full action in order, including dialogue and reactions, as the test for the board; (2) decide with the agent what each panel shows — wide shots for positioning, close-ups for reactions; (3) keep panels and timed breakdowns aligned on event order; (4) reference the previous board for connected shots to maintain staging and environment; (5) compare generated takes against the board to pinpoint what drifted. He still does heavy editing afterward, and the biggest win is catching confusing staging before anything moves. Applies to any AI video toolchain.
