Anthropic reportedly plans founder super-voting structure giving co-founders 50.1% control pre-IPO

The Information reports Anthropic plans a Palantir-style share structure ahead of its IPO that would give its seven co-founders majority voting control — 50.1% of voting power on most corporate matters, provided at least three founders hold a minimum number of shares. CEO Dario Amodei reportedly owns around 2% of the company.
