- Viewers comment the next scene they want to see; the app (built via one-shot with GPT-6 and Opus 5.5) classifies comments and picks the most relevant category for the next prompt
- Videos are generated with Hedra's minimax h3 max; viewers can rewind earlier scenes and return to the live edge
- Stack: Next.js + Cloudflare (D1, Drizzle), rendering via the Hedra API
The author plans to livestream a demo.
