Developer ctatedev introduced issue-graph, a tool answering "what should we work on next?" It ranks work using signals like engagement and time open, surfaces patterns across the backlog (existing fixes, superseded PRs, unverified follow-ups, review conflicts by author), and helps software factories coordinate parallel agent work. Available on GitHub today, with more providers coming soon.
