OCR uv-scripts on HF: Header-Based Config, Needs hf CLI 1.32+

Follow-up with the Hub dataset link and details: each script runs one OCR model on HF Jobs and writes markdown back to datasets or buckets. Scripts declare GPU, image, and HFTOKEN in a [tool.hf-jobs] header that the hf CLI reads from version 1.32+—older CLIs silently fail on tokenless CPUs. Supports --dry-run and flag overrides.
