Amp proactively credits user $30 after a >30MB image broke a Claude thread

A user's Claude thread was killed by an image over 30MB, and Amp's Orbs feature went down for about five minutes. The Amp Code team proactively emailed the user and granted $30 in credits as compensation.
The author praised the proactive gesture, saying that if he ever launches a successful product again, this is how he'd want to treat customers.
