Indie AI playbook: charge for results, demo with Claude + Remotion, skip the landing page

Part 2 of an indie hacker thread on selling small AI apps:
- Charge for the result, then market in public. Show a 30-second screen recording (messy input → useful output), or use Claude + Remotion to make a crisp product demo.
- Build in public: post what broke, what users asked for, what you fixed; DM people already discussing the problem.
- First offer: "I'll set it up with your data for $X." A subscription only makes sense when the need recurs — a pretty landing page proves nothing.
