Indie developer tibomaker says he runs $1M/month across his products, but his newest one was flat for six months: $2k MRR in April, still $2k in June, and down by August. He says this "stuck" phase has repeated across 10+ products, until the product finally solved a real user pain — the last 30 days saw explosive growth, taking it to $15k MRR.
His takeaway: there is no silver bullet at any size. Keep shipping, talk to users, understand their real pain — everything else is noise.
