Delegation is hard: why in-app agents may beat general-purpose agents for consumers

The author is skeptical that average consumers will learn when to use general-purpose agents, arguing delegation is inherently hard. Agents embedded inside existing apps make more sense since users already arrive with intent — though he stresses he's a big fan of general-purpose agents nonetheless.
