Workbench open-sources an agentic lab workspace for hardware engineering on the Ambion kernel

Workbench, the first application built on the Ambion collaboration kernel, is open-sourced under Apache 2.0 (TypeScript, Node 26+).
It's a shared lab workspace where humans and five specialist agents collaborate on electrical engineering, hardware, and electrochemistry:
- Specialists handle datasheet/application-note interpretation, instruments, and data analysis, with the latter two still expanding
- Currently pairs with a bench battery-characterization kit, unifying questions, designs, experiments, and measured results
- The repo is an early 0.1.0 scaffold following Ambion's runnable example layout
